Poor execution of "No Child Left Behind" is a LOCAL problem

But Mr. Feller of the AP doesn't think so...

It seems that provisions of the "No Child Left Behind" Act are being ignored in various school districts across the nation. Go Figure. This one seems to be a problem of poor execution. My issue with Mr Feller is that he simply gives us a snippet... one that casts blame in the direction of the Federal Government, when "everyone" knows that LOCAL school control is the rule. Read this and then ask yourself a simple question... Why are these people congregating in Washington D.C. when they should be pulling a Sheehan in front of their LOCAL school board? If your school district isn't delivering, confront them BEFORE you take the issue to the Feds. The last time I checked, there weren't any Federal Education Enforcement agents... and I hope there NEVER are.
